Meet at 1.45pm at the CHAV Clubrooms

The first runner will start at 2.30pm.

You choose the number of laps you want to run (1 lap = 1km) and estimate your time. Each runner starts by themselves, at 5 sec. intervals and tries to match their time estimate - but no watches!
