All welcome.  No entry required, teams will be selected on the day from who is there.

In this relay you run together as a team for the first 2km (3 laps).  At the end of lap 3, one member of the team stops and the rest of the team continues.  Another team member stops after each subsequent lap until your team captain runs the last lap on their own.

Meeting time: 1:45pm

Team selection: 2:20pm
