All welcome, no entry required. Teams will be selected from those present on the day.

Venue: The Groynes - meet by the Fishing Lakes at the Southern end of the Groynes (map will be emailed a week before the race)

Time: Meet at 1:45pm for course inspection, warm-up and team selection

Course: Gravel path, grass and bridges (not suitable for spikes)

Race Start: 2:30pm

Distance: Teams will have a mixture of 1-lap (1600m) runners and 2-lap (3200m) runners
