VENUE: Rangiora Stopbanks, Milton Avenue, Rangiora

COURSE: Mixture of grass, stop bank, shingle road and mountain bike tracks. Gently undulating, no sand. NOT suitable for spikes.

SENIOR RELAY: SCRATCH start - all teams starts 12:30pm (5.5km - 2 Laps)

UNDER 18 RELAY: SCRATCH start- all teams start 2:35pm (2.75km - 1 Lap)

* Under 16-18 runners can choose the senior or under 18 relay.
