Meet 1.45pm for a 2.30pm time trial start (each runner starts by themselves with a 5 second gap)
Venue: North Hagley Park, near the Deans / Riccarton Aves corner
Course: 1km - (500m out and back) on a section of the CHAV road champs course

Your chance to win a Gold, Silver or Bronze Award Certificate depending on what time you can do for a 1km time trial - depends on your age on the day. The standards are Internationally based. Anyone is able to run, all ages and non club members welcome.
